I wish I could tell you it was good for you, but it just isn't. Sugar has been shown to be responsible for weight gain, insomnia, diabetes, inflammation, wrinkles, acne, achy joints, and more.
I'm pretty sure this isn't the first time you've heard that. In fact, if I had to guess, "quitting sugar" has probably been on your to-do list for quite some time now.
